Technician for General IT  or Specialty Point Of Sale service (trip charge and expenses may also apply) $125.00 per hour (1.58 per min)
Minimum Onsite Service Call
In the first half-hour of our site visit , we evaluate the reported issues with your system and estimate the costs of repair; should repair take longer than the initial half-hour, then the initial charge becomes part of the first hour of service.		 Residence: $95.00

In home technical service - billed in 1/4 hours $ 95.00
Bench-top technical services (at our facility) - billed in 1/4 hours $ 110.00
Basic operating system reload
operating system only		 $300
Advanced operating system reload
includes recovery of up to 650MB of available data, operating system reload, plus limited programs (office suite, anti-virus, etc.)		 $300 Plus $25 per gig of recovered Data and $50 per application loaded
Internet Based service Charged only for actual time online with Technician! No Minimum charge, You pay only for length of session! Remote control based service (together with client online) $2 / min
